Course 09 · Lesson 1 of 13
Marketing with Claude: Start Here
You built something worth showing. This course teaches you how to show it.
Building the thing was never the hard part.
You have built websites, landing pages, apps, or AI tools with Claude Code. Most of you have made something genuinely useful, something that could help real people.
But nobody knows it exists.
That is the gap this course closes. Marketing with Claude is not about ads, budgets, or going viral. It is about building a repeatable system that runs every week, in your own voice, without staring at a blank page on Monday wondering what to write.
You already know how to use Claude to build things. This course teaches you how to use it to tell people about them.
What You Will Build
By the end of this course you will have four things.
A MARKETING.md file that is a permanent document storing your audience, your one message, your content pillars, and your voice rules. Every Claude prompt in this course reads from this file. You build it once and every piece of content you ever generate inherits it automatically.
A content backlog of 30 or more specific topic ideas so you never sit down with a blank page. Your topics are already chosen, organised by pillar, and ready to run through the engine.
The content engine which is a single Claude prompt that takes one idea from your backlog and turns it into a full week of content across six formats: short post, long post, carousel outline, caption, newsletter issue, and a question post. One idea in, six pieces out.
A working weekly rhythm which is a 90-minute batch session, a posting calendar, and a ten-minute end-of-week review. Once the system is set up, it runs itself.
What You Will Learn
Why marketing is a system you run and not a talent you have or do not have.
How to name one specific audience and write the one thing you want them to believe.
How to build four content pillars so you never run out of things to say.
How to train Claude to write in your exact voice and not generic AI voice.
How to turn one idea into a full week of content in a single session.
How to write the first line of every post so people actually stop scrolling.
How to build a newsletter you own outright that no algorithm can take from you.
How to batch a full week of content in 90 minutes instead of writing daily.
How to read your own results and let Claude tell you what to change next week.
The master marketing prompt which combines everything into one weekly ritual.
Who This Course Is For
You have built something with Claude Code. Maybe a website for your freelance work or service business, an app, tool, or AI agent you want people to pay for, a Skool community or course you are running, a SaaS product you are growing, or anything you have shipped that needs an audience to find it.
You do not need an existing following. You do not need to be a good writer. You need something real to talk about and the willingness to say it on repeat.
What You Need Before Starting
Claude Code or Claude.ai set up from Track 1. One thing you have built or are building that you want more people to know about. Thirty minutes to complete Lesson 2 before anything else.
You do not need an audience, a marketing background, a scheduling tool, a budget, or a camera.
Where to Post
This course does not tell you which platform to use because that depends on your audience. Here is the honest breakdown for community members specifically.
LinkedIn is best if you are selling services, tools, or your Claude Code skills to businesses. The audience that pays for AI work lives on LinkedIn.
Twitter and X is best if you are building in public and want to reach other builders and early adopters. The AI builder community is active here.
Instagram and Facebook is best if your audience is non-technical: local businesses, service clients, and people who buy courses.
Newsletter on Beehiiv is essential regardless of platform. Email is the only audience you own outright. Start building your list from week one.
Start with one or two platforms and not five. The content engine in the lessons ahead produces format-flexible output and you pick where to publish it.
The File You Will Build Throughout This Course
Create a file called MARKETING.md in your Claude project folder now. Leave it blank. By the end of Lesson 4 it will look like this:

[HOW THEY WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT IT TO A FRIEND — completed in Lesson 2]
## My One Message
[THE SINGLE THING I WANT THEM TO BELIEVE — completed in Lesson 2]
## Content Pillars
- Teach: [ONE SENTENCE — completed in Lesson 3]
- Show proof: [ONE SENTENCE — completed in Lesson 3]

Every prompt in the lessons that follow references this file with @MARKETING.md. That is the entire operating system of this course.
The Shift You Are Making
Everything before this course was about building something worth showing people.
This course is about the showing.
Marketing is not a personality. It is four parts on repeat: audience, message, output, and feedback. Once those four are running, Claude carries the writing and you do the deciding and the publishing.
The work is front-loaded. The early lessons are about making decisions that most people skip. Those decisions are what make every Claude prompt in the lessons that follow produce something useful instead of something generic and forgettable.
Do not skip the early lessons to get to the good prompts. The prompts are only as good as the decisions you feed them.
Your Action Right Now
Create a file called MARKETING.md in your Claude project folder. Leave it blank for now. Move to Lesson 1.
