Course 09 · Lesson 12 of 13
Course Summary: Marketing with Claude
Everything you built and how it fits together into one repeatable weekly system
You just built a complete marketing system.
Not a collection of tips. Not a list of things to try. A repeatable, documented system that runs every week and gets sharper every week you run it.
Here is everything in the course and how it fits together.
The 10 Things You Learned
- Marketing is a system, not luck
Four parts run on repeat: audience, message, output, and feedback. Most people who say marketing does not work for them have only ever done output. The system only works when all four parts are running.
- Finding your audience and message
One specific person you can picture. Their problem in their words and not marketing language. One sentence covering the single thing you want them to believe. Written down in MARKETING.md and never rewritten on a whim.
- Content pillars and the backlog
Four recurring topic buckets: teach, show proof, show process, and take a stance. One sentence each, expanded by Claude into 32 specific ideas. Your backlog never runs dry because you generated more than a year of weekly content in one session.
- Writing in your voice
Claude defaults to generic. A voice profile covering sentence length, contractions, banned phrases, and what you actually sound like overrides that default permanently. Every piece of content you generate inherits it automatically.
- The content engine
One idea in, six pieces out. Short post, long post, carousel, caption, newsletter paragraph, and question post all produced in one Claude session. One idea per week is enough to run the whole system.
- Hooks, captions, and subject lines
The first line decides whether anyone reads the rest. You have two seconds. Name the problem, create a gap, make a bold claim, or address the reader directly. Never start with context. Never warm up before getting to the point.
- Email newsletters
The one channel you own outright. No algorithm. No platform change can take it from you overnight. One theme per issue, a personal angle, one ask, and under 300 words. Written in Claude in under 30 minutes a week.
- Content calendar and batching
One 90-minute session a week produces everything. Publishing takes two minutes and writing takes effort, so separating them is what makes the habit sustainable. The batch session is the habit that makes everything else work.
- Analysing what is working
Ten minutes at the end of each batch session. Paste your results. Claude reads the pattern. You write down one change. You apply it next week. That is the feedback loop and the part most people never close.
- The master marketing prompt
Everything combined into one prompt. @MARKETING.md carries all the context. One idea in, a full week out. The entire marketing half of your week produced in one Claude session.
What You Have Now
MARKETING.md which is your audience, message, pillars, and voice rules in one permanent file.
content-ideas.md which is 30 or more specific topic ideas organised by pillar and ready to use.
The content engine which is a prompt that turns any idea into a full week of content.
The master prompt which is your actual weekly ritual, documented and repeatable.
A weekly batch rhythm which is 90 minutes once a week that fully produces your content week.
A feedback loop which is ten minutes of analytics review that improves results over time.
The Weekly Ritual Going Forward
Monday or whenever your batch session is:
- 10 min — Review last week's results. Note one pattern from the analytics lesson.
- 5 min — Pick this week's idea from content-ideas.md.
- 40 min — Run the master prompt. Edit for voice.
- 10 min — Build the calendar. Assign to days and platforms.
- 5 min — Schedule or note for manual posting.
- Then publish on schedule across the week. That is the entire system.
- It gets faster as your voice file gets more accurate and your backlog stays full. By week six or eight the session runs in under an hour.
What Is Next
Sales with Claude
Marketing gets people to notice you. Sales is what happens next.
The moment someone engages with your content, DMs you, replies to your newsletter, or clicks a link, a conversation starts. That conversation has a different set of skills: how to respond, how to understand what they actually need, how to position your offer, and how to follow up without feeling like you are chasing.
Sales with Claude applies the same system-building approach to those one-on-one conversations. Claude helps you think through how to respond, draft proposals, and handle follow-up so your sales conversations feel like conversations and not pitches.
When you are ready, that course is next.
Before You Go
The homework is in the next lesson. It asks you to run the full system for one real week covering audience, voice, pillars, content, calendar, and publishing at least three pieces.
Do not skip it. Reading about a system does not build a system. Running it once for real does.
Do it with other builders
