Samina
A franchise-wide POS and customer platform for the sleep-system retailer.
Samina sells sleep systems through a network of franchise stores, and this is the software the network runs on: a backend, a web app, a customer mobile app and a chatbot, all against one API at app.samina.com.
The data model is the business model. A software provider sits above franchise companies, each company holds branches, and each branch has its own employees, customers, services and orders — so a franchisee sees their own shop while head office sees the network.
The mobile side is a Flutter app on a feature-based MVVM architecture, taking a customer through registration including the physical and sleep measurements the product is fitted from, with QR scanning to tie a customer to a branch.
