  • Want 10 routes instead of 4? No problem.
  • Want different LLMs for each branch? Easy — use cheap models for classification, powerful ones for critical responses.
  • Want humans involved? Add an escalation step where sensitive cases are routed directly to a manager.
  • It’s modular, reusable, and most importantly, user-friendly for both teams and customers.
